One of the things that we really liked about Steve which separated him form other realtors was his responsiveness and attention to detail. He always made it a point to call us and let us know the latest developments. He always fielded our communications (text or Phone) to answer any questions we had no matter what he was doing. As a result we always had access to Steve which helped to reduce the level of anxiety in dealing with finding our perfect home. He was fantastic through the whole process. He was patient with us and arranged everything for us to come out of state and set up multiple showings. As an out of town buyer, he listened to my wish list and didn't waste my time. He only showed me properties that met my specific wishes. His knowledge of amenities in each area were very helpful to me in making my final choice of home. Steve was able to refer me to local professionals and was quick to help in the buying process.
